Meet our new State Managers in Australia

We’re thrilled to announce Isabella Cordova-Tattersall and Sebastian Van Der Heijden have been appointed as our new Comensura State Managers in Australia. These newly created roles will enable Comensura deepen our partnerships with customers as we help them navigate the complexities of their changing workforce needs and future demands. 

Isabella has worked with Comensura for the last 3 years, successfully managing key local council accounts. Her strategic outlook and continuous improvement approach will be invaluable as she looks to grow and expand our service offerings in NSW & QLD.  

Sebastien brings over 10 years’ experience within the MSP industry and will be instrumental in driving best practices and value-for-money for our Local Government & framework customers within Victoria. 

We had a quick chat below to learn more about them and their goals for this year. 

Welcome to the team!  

What is your favourite thing about being part of the Comensura team? 

Isabella: 
“I value the partnerships we build and foster, whether it be through our customers hiring managers and key stakeholders, or with the suppliers who work closely with us to find talent. 

We’re an extension of our customers’ teams, sharing insights, visions and goals, and communicating these with suppliers. Our suppliers then provide valuable market insights, talent landscapes and industry news which can be fed back with hiring managers, procurement and talent teams. 

I truly appreciate the level of collaboration that occurs at Comensura spanning multiple teams, regions and departments, with one common thread that brings us together, which is how we can best serve our customers. I love that each person has a voice, no idea is too small or insignificant, we are all working together towards a common goal. 

Sebastien: 
One of my favourite things about working for Comensura are the incredible people I get to collaborate with every day. Their willingness to put our clients front of mind and create a supportive environment is inspiring. Additionally working with our clients is rewarding, they challenge us to push for excellence and the strong partnership that we build with our clients are a testament to our relationship. 

 

Tell us about your main goal for this year. 

Isabella: 
My main focus for the year and essentially my ethos is driving mutually beneficial partnerships. Whether it be building new and emerging relationships with key stakeholders, or fostering existing relationships both internally within Comensura, and externally with new customers and suppliers. 

Sebastien: 
As State Manager for Comensura, my goal for the rest of the year is to strengthen client relationships and enhance service delivery to exceed their expectations. I also aim to build on the foundation of customer centricity within my team, driving engagement and success in our contingent labour hire solutions.
