We are thrilled to share that Impellam Group has earned a Silver Award from the Armed Forces Covenant, recognising our team's dedication to creating a supportive workplace for veterans, reservists still in service, and their families. 

IMMilitary, Impellam’s specialist employee-led Business Resource Group for those associated with the military, facilitated the initial signing of the Armed Forces Covenant. This commitment allowed us to show our continuous support for veterans and reservists as well as their families within our company and to our clients across various sectors.

What is the Armed Forces Covenant? 

It is a pledge from the company to ensure that those who serve or have served in the military, along with their families (collectively known as the armed forces community), receive fair treatment. 

By signing the covenant, a business commits to supporting the armed forces community and acknowledges the substantial contributions of service members, veterans, and military families to the organisation and its communities. 

The Armed Forces Covenant currently includes signatories from various sectors such as global corporations, NHS trusts, charities, schools and universities, police forces, and SMEs. For all these organisations, it represents a pledge to ensure no member of the armed forces community faces commercial disadvantages due to their service.
